Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. You can start your 7-day free trial with just your email. No credit card required. You only pay when you decide to upgrade.
Can I import my existing employee data?
Yes. You can add employees one by one or contact our support team for bulk CSV import assistance.
How does QR attendance work?
Each employee gets a unique QR code. They scan it using any smartphone camera at check-in/out. No app download required — works via browser.
Is payroll automatically calculated?
Yes. At the end of each month, one click generates payroll for all employees including allowances, deductions, overtime, and leave adjustments.
Can I generate salary slips?
Absolutely. Professional PDF salary slips are generated automatically for each employee and can be downloaded or emailed directly.
What currencies are supported?
SmartHR Cloud supports any currency. You set your company currency during setup (USD, PKR, INR, EUR, AED, etc.).
How does the AI assistant work?
The AI uses GPT and has access to your company's HR data. You can ask it questions, generate letters, write job descriptions, and get weekly insights.
Can I manage multiple offices?
Yes. The Pro and Business plans support multiple branches with separate attendance and reporting per branch.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and regular backups.
How does the affiliate program pay?
Affiliates earn 30% recurring commission on every payment made by referred customers. Payouts are made monthly via PayPal or bank transfer.
